William “Billy” Holt founded CWMG as a full-service financial service agency in 2003. He was formerly Managing Partner at New York Life. Billy graduated from Francis Marion University and furthered his education at the College of Financial Planning. He is now a retired CFP that can be seen in office to aid in the transition to his successor William Holt, Jr. This has been a very smooth and rewarding transition. 

Billy has been married to his high school sweetheart, Vickie, for 46 years. They have 2 children, Will and Hannah, and 6 grandchildren.

Will has over 20 years in the financial planning industry where he started Holt Financial Group in 2005 in Greenville, SC before joining Carolinas Wealth Management in 2019. Will is from Greenville and attended Riverside high school before moving to Charlotte, NC where he graduated from Charlotte Latin School. Will and his wife Jamie met in high school and both attended Clemson University. 

Will currently lives in Greer with his wife Jamie and three daughters Elizabeth, Brooklyn, and Caroline. He spends his down time playing basketball and attending his daughters soccer, volleyball, and basketball games.

Reece joined Carolinas Wealth Management in 2024. Previously she was the General Manager of a boutique in Simpsonville. She is committed to supporting clients by fostering strong, lasting relationships and driving growth for the firm. Reece is also a licensed property and casualty producer.

 Outside of work, she loves traveling, fashion, and spending time with friends and family.

Regina Landosca joined Carolinas Wealth Management in August 2023, assisting clients with all insurance needs including annuities, long term care, life insurance, and health benefits. She started her insurance career in 2011, and earned her LUTCF professional designation and has been awarded the National Quality Award. 

Regina believes that her experience as an agent, prior business owner, and realtor helps her fully understand her clients’ needs and enables her to provide the level of service they deserve. As an independent agent, Regina has the ability to shop many reputable providers at once, giving you the benefit of competitive pricing. It is her desire to touch lives and make a positive impact on her community. 

Regina currently resides in Simpsonville with her husband John. In her free time, she loves traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Vic came to Holt Financial Group in 2021. He is a licensed insurance agent for property, casualty, health, and life in the state of South Carolina. He is a graduate of Lander University with a Business Administration degree and The Culinary Institute of the Carolinas At Greenville Technical College. 

Vic is also a very accomplished Chef in the Greenville area, winning numerous awards and medals in competition.  He is a husband to an elementary art teacher, Cindy Singleton, and father to Elizabeth Singleton. Vic is passionate about Clemson football, the Blue Ridge Mountains, and live music.

Andy Farr was born and raised in Greenville, SC. He is a graduate of Eastside High School and The University of South Carolina (1979) with a BA in Marketing. Andy has over 30 years of experience in the financial advisory business. 

Andy and his wife, Karen, have been married 45 years and are blessed with 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Andy and Karen are very active in their church, Taylors First Baptist. When they are not at their grandchildren’s basketball and baseball games or dance competitions, Andy enjoys hiking and traveling with his wife.

Rick has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry where he worked with Mass Mutual as the General Agent before founding Crosby Insurance Group in 1996, located in Mt. Pleasant. Rick is a native to Columbia, SC and graduated from the Citadel in 1975 earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He continued his education at The American College where he earned the designation of Registered Health Underwriter.

Rick currently resides in Mt. Pleasant with his wife, Marie and has two children and two step-children.
